Accounts & Access

Livsquare is invite-only for accredited investors. Access may be suspended or closed if compliance obligations are not met.

After 2 failed attempts a 5-minute lock applies; after 3 failed attempts a manual review is required. Use the registered email only:

We may restrict or close accounts for non-compliance (missing KYC/KYB, source-of-funds, sanctions hits, policy breaches), suspicious activity, or jurisdictional conflicts. Re-admission is not guaranteed.

KYC/KYB Onboarding

We follow robust KYC/AML playbooks. Documents must be current, clear and legible.

  • Individuals: Passport/ID, proof of address, source-of-funds/wealth evidence.
  • Entities: Registration docs, shareholder/UBO structure, directors’ IDs, AML policies.
  • Ongoing: Periodic refresh, enhanced due diligence where required.

Funding & Wallets

We support major networks for allocations and distributions as set out in product terms.

  • Verify destination addresses and networks before sending.
  • Transactions are irreversible; fees and on-chain delays may apply.
  • Keep private keys secure; we cannot restore compromised wallets.

Distributions

Where applicable, target distribution window is the first five (1–5) calendar days of each month after income is generated.

  • Credited to your Livsquare balance for transfer out or re-investment depending on product terms.
  • Amounts are not guaranteed and may be reduced, delayed or suspended at our discretion due to liquidity, operational or legal considerations.

Lock-ups & Early Exit

Capital is recorded inside a smart contract for the selected term: 6 months or 12 months.

  • Early unlock is not guaranteed. If available, you may submit an on-chain exit request.
  • Typical processing window: 7–15 days; 25% early-exit penalty applies as specified by the product.
  • After exit, capacity may be reassigned; re-entry is not assured.

Fees

Fees vary by product and strategy and may include management, performance, and on-chain/network fees. Refer to the relevant product documents and fee schedules.

Compliance & Restricted Jurisdictions

We comply with international AML/CFT standards and apply jurisdictional controls. Access from prohibited countries is blocked using IP controls; onboarding will be declined where residency or nexus contravenes our policy.

Strict Prohibition: We do not offer services to persons or entities from specific countries (including, without limitation, Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, Zimbabwe, United States, United Kingdom, and others listed in our Compliance page). Users from prohibited regions must cease use immediately.

Security & Privacy

  • TLS/SSL in transit; principle of least privilege; access controls and audit logging.
  • On-chain records for auditability; AI-assisted screening and orchestration.
  • Privacy rights per UK GDPR; see Privacy Policy for data rights and retention periods.

Capital is at risk. Targets are not guarantees. Returns may vary materially and, in adverse conditions, can fall to ~1% per annum or negative. Technical Troubleshooting

Check connectivity, disable ad/script blockers for livsquare.xyz, clear cache/cookies, and try an updated Chromium/Firefox/Safari. See System Status.
Confirm network and chain ID, ensure your wallet is unlocked and has gas, and re-approve the dApp connection. If error persists, capture console logs and contact support.
