Livsquare is operated by GET IN LETTINGS LIMITED (Company No. 10959767), 793 Commercial Road, London, England, E14 7HG (“Livsquare”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We act as a data controller for personal data processed in connection with our websites, dashboards and related services.

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It covers visitors, registered users, investors, property owners and prospects interacting with our Services.

Data We Collect

  • Identity & Contact: Name, email, phone, address, nationality, company, role.
  • KYC/AML: Date of birth, ID documents, proof of address, source of funds/wealth, PEP/sanctions screening results.
  • Account & Usage: Login identifiers, settings, support tickets, activity logs, device and browser metadata, IP, timezone.
  • Transaction & Wallet: Bank details (tokenised by providers), crypto wallet addresses, on-chain transaction hashes, allocation history.
  • Operational: Property details you submit, service preferences, communications, call/meeting scheduling metadata.
  • Marketing: Consent flags, campaign interactions, cookies and analytics events.

We generally do not collect special category data. If you voluntarily provide such data, we will process it only where lawful and necessary.

Sources of Data

  • Direct: Forms, onboarding, agreements, emails and calls.
  • Automated: Cookies, SDKs, telemetry, security logs, smart contract events.
  • Third Parties: KYC/AML providers, payments, custodians, distribution partners, publicly available sources and blockchains.

How We Use Data

  • Onboard users, verify identity, assess eligibility and risk.
  • Operate allocations, distributions, property operations and reporting.
  • Provide support, prevent fraud/abuse, maintain platform security.
  • Run analytics to improve pricing, occupancy and investor experience.
  • Send service notices; with consent or lawful basis, send marketing.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory and audit requirements.

Sharing & International Transfers

We share personal data with vetted processors and partners that help deliver our Services, including KYC/AML providers, payment and crypto infrastructure, data hosting, analytics and communications platforms. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to EU SCCs. On-chain data written to public blockchains may be globally readable and immutable by design; we minimise personal data on-chain and use references where feasible.

Security

  • Role-based access control, least-privilege and MFA for staff.
  • Network segmentation, logging, anomaly detection and backups.
  • Vendor due diligence and contractual security obligations.

No method is 100% secure. We continuously improve our controls and remediate incidents according to our response plan.

Retention
