By accessing or using our website, services, or platform (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. • Maintain the security of your account and crypto wallet credentials, accepting full responsibility for any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

3. Crypto Transactions

The Services enable transactions using cryptocurrencies (e.g., ETH, BTC). You acknowledge and agree that:

• All crypto transactions are processed via third-party blockchain networks, and we are not responsible for network delays, failures, or losses.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of wallet addresses and transaction details.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, and we will not refund or reverse transactions due to user error.
• You bear all risks associated with cryptocurrency volatility and market fluctuations.

4. Fees and Payments

Use of the Services may incur fees, as outlined on our platform. You agree to pay all applicable fees promptly. We reserve the right to modify fees at any time, with notice provided via the platform or email. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and technology on the Services, including our AI algorithms and blockchain infrastructure, are owned by or licensed to GET IN LETTINGS LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent. Limited use of the Services is granted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, GET IN LETTINGS LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Errors, delays, or failures in blockchain transactions or AI-driven analytics.
• Loss of cryptocurrency, funds, or investment value due to market volatility or user error.
• Unauthorized access to your account or wallet due to your failure to secure credentials.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GET IN LETTINGS LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

• Real estate investments, especially via cryptocurrency, carry significant financial risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
• We do not guarantee profits or the accuracy of AI-driven analytics or market predictions.
• You are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before engaging in any transaction.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) or know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

Upon termination, your account and access to the Services will cease, and we are not liable for any losses incurred.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceedings.

12. Force Majeure

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GET IN LETTINGS LIMITED regarding the Services. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded.
