Zero-tolerance KYC/AML, sanctions controls, wallet screening and ongoing monitoring. No verification, no funding, no withdrawal, no exception.
Livsquare may refuse onboarding, block access, freeze activity, reject deposits, delay withdrawals, close accounts, require enhanced due diligence or retain records where compliance, risk, banking, payment, sanctions, fraud-prevention or legal obligations require it.
KYC/KYB is a condition precedent to any account activation, funding, withdrawal, allocation, distribution, reinvestment, wallet linkage or payment-destination approval.
No user has an automatic right to bypass KYC/KYB, AML, wallet screening, source-of-funds review, sanctions checks or enhanced due diligence. Missing, inconsistent, expired, forged or delayed documents may result in immediate restriction, rejection or permanent closure.
We apply a risk-based framework that combines customer, geography, product, payment, wallet, behaviour and transaction risk signals.
Individuals must provide complete, accurate and current information. Partial verification is not approval.
We may request payslips, bank statements, tax returns, sale contracts, investment statements, inheritance documents, audited financials, notarised documents, translations, video checks or other evidence at any time.
Entities must disclose ownership, control, authorisation, business activity, funding source and expected transaction behaviour.
PEPs, sanctions exposure, adverse media, law-enforcement concerns or high-risk associations may trigger EDD, refusal or account closure.
Where restricted by law, risk policy or partner requirements, we may not disclose reasons for rejection, delay, freeze, hold, reporting or closure.
Funds must have clear, lawful, consistent and verifiable provenance. Unexplained wealth, inconsistent records or unsupported funding may be refused.
All payment destinations must be verified, risk-screened and consistent with the approved account profile.
Deposits and withdrawals should originate from and return to verified accounts, wallets or payment rails linked to the approved user or entity. Third-party payments may be refused unless expressly approved.
Verification is continuous. A clean onboarding result does not guarantee future access, payouts, withdrawals or allocations.
Livsquare has absolute compliance discretion to protect the platform, users, banking/payment partners and legal obligations.
We are not liable for losses, missed opportunities, market movement, delayed distributions, withdrawal delays or account limitations arising from compliance review, banking/payment controls, legal requests, sanctions screening or risk management.
Livsquare may prohibit access based on sanctions, law, internal policy, partner restrictions, payment rails, investor eligibility or risk controls.
Attempting to bypass controls using VPNs, proxies, shell entities, false residency, third-party accounts, nominee structures or falsified documents is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported.
Any activity that creates unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sanctions, fraud, wallet, AML or reputational risk is prohibited.
Compliance records may be retained despite deletion or closure requests where required or permitted by law, audit, tax, security or legal defence obligations.
Records are typically retained for at least 5–7 years after the end of the relationship, and longer where investigations, suspicious-activity reports, disputes, legal claims or regulatory obligations apply.
Security, compliance and fraud-prevention controls remain active even when optional cookie or marketing preferences are changed.
We may report, disclose or preserve information where required by law, competent authorities, internal policy, financial partners or risk controls.
