Compliance is a condition of service.

Livsquare may refuse onboarding, block access, freeze activity, reject deposits, delay withdrawals, close accounts, require enhanced due diligence or retain records where compliance, risk, banking, payment, sanctions, fraud-prevention or legal obligations require it.

Strict KYC Standard

KYC/KYB is a condition precedent to any account activation, funding, withdrawal, allocation, distribution, reinvestment, wallet linkage or payment-destination approval.

Identity must be verifiedGovernment ID, liveness check, proof of address and tax/residency information where required.
Beneficial ownershipNo hidden controllers, nominees, straw persons or undisclosed third-party beneficial owners.
Funds must be explainableSource of funds and source of wealth must be consistent, evidenced and verifiable.
Wallets must match risk profileWallet ownership, chain exposure and transaction history may be screened before use.
Bank accounts must matchPayments may be accepted or returned only through verified name-matched accounts or approved rails.
Ongoing re-verificationCompletion of one review does not guarantee future access, withdrawals or distributions.
No exception policy

No user has an automatic right to bypass KYC/KYB, AML, wallet screening, source-of-funds review, sanctions checks or enhanced due diligence. Missing, inconsistent, expired, forged or delayed documents may result in immediate restriction, rejection or permanent closure.

Individuals must provide complete, accurate and current information. Partial verification is not approval.

KYB Requirements — Entities

Entities must disclose ownership, control, authorisation, business activity, funding source and expected transaction behaviour.

Ownership mapShare registers and organisational chart showing UBOs at 10% or stricter thresholds.
Controllers verifiedDirectors, controllers, authorised signatories and UBOs must pass KYC.
Authority evidenceBoard resolution, mandate, account-opening authority and designated signatories.
Business profileActivities, jurisdictions, counterparties and expected transaction profile.
Financial evidenceSOF/SOW for UBOs and funding entities, plus audited financials where appropriate.

PEP Exposure & Sanctions Screening

PEPs, sanctions exposure, adverse media, law-enforcement concerns or high-risk associations may trigger EDD, refusal or account closure.

PEP handlingPEPs, family members and close associates require enhanced review and senior approval.
Sanctions matchMatches may lead to blocking, rejection, freezing, reporting and termination.
Adverse mediaNegative press, criminal concerns or public-risk indicators may trigger restriction.
No disclosure obligation

Where restricted by law, risk policy or partner requirements, we may not disclose reasons for rejection, delay, freeze, hold, reporting or closure.

Source of Funds & Source of Wealth

Funds must have clear, lawful, consistent and verifiable provenance. Unexplained wealth, inconsistent records or unsupported funding may be refused.

Wallet, Bank & Payment Verification

All payment destinations must be verified, risk-screened and consistent with the approved account profile.

Ownership proofWallets and bank accounts may require proof of control or name matching.
Network checksUnsupported chains, wrong networks or unsupported tokens may be rejected without liability.
High-risk exposureMixers, darknet, scams, sanctions or stolen-fund exposure may trigger freeze or refusal.
Same-party payment rule

Deposits and withdrawals should originate from and return to verified accounts, wallets or payment rails linked to the approved user or entity. Third-party payments may be refused unless expressly approved.

Ongoing Monitoring & Triggers for Review

Verification is continuous. A clean onboarding result does not guarantee future access, payouts, withdrawals or allocations.

Pattern changesRapid shifts in volume, frequency, wallet behaviour or counterparties.
Circumvention signalsVPN/proxy abuse, shell entities, nominees or inconsistent location evidence.
Document issuesExpired, altered, forged, incomplete, inconsistent or unverifiable records.

Livsquare has absolute compliance discretion to protect the platform, users, banking/payment partners and legal obligations.

Refuse serviceApplications may be declined without obligation to disclose detailed reasons.
Place holdsAccounts, withdrawals, deposits or allocations may be held pending review.
Freeze activityActivity may be frozen for sanctions, AML, fraud, legal or partner-risk reasons.
Reject transactionsDeposits, payouts, wallet links and payment destinations may be rejected.
Close accountsAccounts may be suspended or permanently closed for non-cooperation or risk.
No tipping offWe may be prohibited from explaining reports, holds or investigations.
No liability for compliance delay

We are not liable for losses, missed opportunities, market movement, delayed distributions, withdrawal delays or account limitations arising from compliance review, banking/payment controls, legal requests, sanctions screening or risk management.

Restricted & Prohibited Countries

Livsquare may prohibit access based on sanctions, law, internal policy, partner restrictions, payment rails, investor eligibility or risk controls.

Circumvention prohibited

Attempting to bypass controls using VPNs, proxies, shell entities, false residency, third-party accounts, nominee structures or falsified documents is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported.

Any activity that creates unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sanctions, fraud, wallet, AML or reputational risk is prohibited.

Money launderingSanctions evasion, terrorist financing, fraud or suspicious funds.
ObfuscationMixers, privacy tools, stolen funds or unclear provenance.
False identityMisrepresentation, nominees, straw persons or hidden beneficial owners.
Third-party walletsUnapproved external wallets, bank accounts or payment destinations.
Market abuseManipulation, deceptive schemes or abusive transaction patterns.
Legal breachAny activity violating law, regulation, Terms or platform policy.

Recordkeeping

Compliance records may be retained despite deletion or closure requests where required or permitted by law, audit, tax, security or legal defence obligations.

KYC/KYB filesIdentity, ownership, verification, risk scoring and review history.
TransactionsDeposits, withdrawals, wallet checks, allocations, distributions and settlement records.
CommunicationsSupport, notices, legal requests, compliance decisions and evidence logs.
Retention period

Records are typically retained for at least 5–7 years after the end of the relationship, and longer where investigations, suspicious-activity reports, disputes, legal claims or regulatory obligations apply.

Privacy & Security

Security, compliance and fraud-prevention controls remain active even when optional cookie or marketing preferences are changed.
