Capital allocations may be committed, reserved, hedged, tokenised or operationally linked to a specific property, asset pool, income stream or RWA position for the stated term. If an early exit is permitted, the standard processing period is thirty (30) to forty-five (45) calendar days. This is because the platform may need to unwind, replace, reassign or rebalance a property-linked allocation. A 25% early-exit fee may apply unless executed documents state otherwise. No user has an automatic right to accelerated settlement.
Targets may be shown as 4% for 6-month terms and 4.5% for 12-month terms, but they are indicative only and not guaranteed. Distributions depend on available income, property performance, fees, reserves, liquidity, compliance checks, payment rails and market conditions.
Subject to available income and completed compliance checks, accrued distributions are credited automatically within the first five (5) calendar days of each month to your Livsquare account. You may withdraw to an approved linked bank account or reinvest into available strategies, subject to eligibility, liquidity and platform controls.
Yes. Capital is at risk and you may suffer partial or total loss. Livsquare allocations are not bank deposits, are not insured savings products and do not guarantee returns, liquidity, tax outcomes or asset values. You should only participate if you understand and can bear the risks.
Key risks include market downturns, property vacancy, maintenance costs, valuation changes, liquidity limits, lock-ups, legal and tax changes, FX/inflation, smart-contract bugs, wallet compromise, third-party provider failures, AI errors, payment delays, compliance holds and regulatory restrictions.
KYC/AML is a condition precedent. No verification means no account activation, no funding, no withdrawal, no allocation and no distribution. Livsquare may require identity verification, beneficial-owner checks, source-of-funds evidence, source-of-wealth evidence, sanctions screening, PEP checks, adverse-media review, tax information, bank verification and wallet screening.
Livsquare may request government ID, proof of address, company documents, UBO records, bank statements, payslips, tax returns, sale contracts, inheritance documents, audited accounts, wallet proofs, exchange records, source-of-funds evidence, source-of-wealth evidence, translations, notarised documents or additional enhanced due diligence.
Wallets, bank accounts and payment destinations may require proof of control, name matching, blockchain analytics, sanctions screening and risk review. Third-party wallets, nominee accounts, unsupported rails, mixers, privacy tools, false identities or undisclosed beneficial owners are prohibited and may trigger restriction, rejection or reporting.
Yes. Livsquare may freeze, delay, reject, block, quarantine, cancel, refuse onboarding, restrict access, reject deposits or withdrawals, close accounts or report activity where required or permitted by law, internal policy, banking partners, payment processors, custodians, compliance systems, sanctions controls or reasonable suspicion. Livsquare may be unable to disclose details due to no-tipping-off rules.

Where supported, users may fund via bank transfer, approved digital assets or permitted partner rails. Supported assets and rails may change. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so users must verify addresses, networks, memo tags, supported assets and amounts before transfer.
No. Platform figures, LVQ ratings, targets, simulations, dashboards, AI outputs, valuations, estimated distributions and tokenised asset metrics are illustrative and may change. They can be delayed, rounded, unaudited, incomplete or based on third-party data.
