Livsquare began in 2017 with a practical understanding of real estate: finding opportunities, improving properties, managing operations and creating recurring income. That operator mindset remains at the centre of the company.

As the portfolio and operational complexity grew, technology became a natural extension of the business. Instead of treating software as a separate product, Livsquare built technology around real operational problems: pricing, listings, supplier coordination, maintenance, reporting, investor visibility and capital efficiency.

Jerzy Bogaczow comes from the real estate sector, where value is created through practical execution: understanding assets, negotiating opportunities, controlling costs, improving properties and building reliable income.

As Livsquare developed, he combined that real estate foundation with a technology first operating approach. The focus was not to become a software company for its own sake, but to use technology to make a real property business more scalable, measurable and transparent.

That combination of property knowledge, positive operating revenue and a growing technology stack became the basis for Livsquare’s wider expansion into tokenisation, AI assisted operations and family office investment activity.
